Marketers relate E-E-A-T to SEO. However, it isn’t related to just SEO. It is no coincidence that Google added the extra ‘E’ as AI came into the public consciousness.
The extra ‘E’ should serve as a reminder that we (SEOs) optimise websites for users – real human beings who want their search satisfied with human-lived experiences.
From a certain point of view, you could say E-E-A-T acts as a guide (with reward systems behind it) for businesses to remain connected with people in a digital ecosystem that will rapidly become consumed by artificial intelligence.
